Manchmal ist es der Fall dass einer der ESX-Server nur träge oder fast gar nicht reagiert, was das arbeiten mit dem Virtual Center sehr schwer macht, zudem ist es so dass wenn man auf eine der Virtuellen Maschinen zugreifen will per Konsole des ViCenters, so ist dann eine Fehlermeldung zu sehen ″Cannot connect to …. server….:….″
in disem Fall ist es notwendig eine Anpassung in der Konfiguration der ESX-Server zumachen:

This is a known bug when trying to access the console of a ESX hosted VM across multiple networks.
To resolve the issue add the following to /etc/vmware/config
vmauthd.server.alwaysProxy = ″TRUE″I believe that you also may need to add this to your advanced options in the VI Client GUI to survive a reboot, but I still need to confirm this……
